ARTICLE 1 : Object

These "general conditions of use" are intended to provide a legal framework for the use of the wiquaya.org website and its services.

This contract is concluded between:

The manager of the website, here in after referred to as "the Publisher",
Any natural or legal person wishing to access the site and its services, here in after called "the User".
The general conditions of use must be accepted by any User, and his access to the site constitutes acceptance of these conditions.

ARTICLE 2 : Legal Notices

The wiquaya.org site is hosted by OVH, domiciled at 2 rue KELLERMAN, 59100 ROUBAIX and whose telephone number is 08 91 65 29 78.

ARTICLE 3 : Access to services

The User of the wiquaya.org site has access to the following services: provision of informative and preventive content on digital security.

Any User with internet access can access the site free of charge and from anywhere. The costs incurred by the User to access it (internet connection, computer equipment, etc.) are not the responsibility of the Publisher.

The site and its various services may be interrupted or suspended by the Publisher, in particular during maintenance, without obligation of notice or justification.

ARTICLE 4 : User's responsibility

The User assumes full responsibility for the use he makes of the information and content present on the wiquaya.org website.

Any use of the service by the User resulting directly or indirectly in damage must be subject to compensation for the benefit of the site.

ARTICLE 5 : Publisher's responsibility

Any malfunction of the server or the network cannot engage the responsibility of the Publisher.

That is to say that the contents of the site can be shared provided that:

• Share in initial license
• Quote wiquaya.org
• Do not make commercial use of it
• Do not modify the content

The User must obtain the authorization of the publisher of the site before any reproduction, copy or publication of these various contents.

ARTICLE 7 : Personal data

Wiquaya.org guarantees respect for the user's privacy, in accordance with law n°78-17 of January 6, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms.

ARTICLE 8 : Evolution of the general conditions of use

The wiquaya.org site reserves the right to modify the clauses of these general conditions of use at any time and without justification.

ARTICLE 9 : Contract term

The duration of this contract is indefinite. The contract takes effect with respect to the User from the start of the use of the service.
